为弄清楚这些问题,一般按照以下步骤进行:

1、分别检查涂料编号、批号和稀释剂是否正确,涂料粘度是否在工艺范围内,并逐一校对,监测。

2、检查原材料铝卷在进行过程中是否存在污染。
