夏季又称为雨季，是铝板、铝卷、铝带等铝产品出现进水腐蚀、氧化现象的时节。虽然在铝板产品中有氧化铝板这个分类，但氧化铝板和铝板氧化可是完全不同的事情。氧化铝板和铝板氧化了的区别：

一、氧化铝板一般指的是：铝板经过酸碱氧化后，在铝板表面形成了一层保护膜。一般的氧化膜为银白色。如客户有特殊要求，也可以根据客户要求氧化成不同的颜色。
1、 Aluminum oxide plate generally refers to: after acid-base oxidation, a protective film is formed on the surface of aluminum plate. Generally, the oxide film is silver white. If customers have special requirements, they can also be oxidized into different colors according to customers' requirements.
氧化又分为：普通的氧化、阳极氧化和硬质氧化。

铝板普通氧化是指：铝板在经过酸、碱流槽，对铝板表面进行清洗后，在铝板表面形成一层保护膜，有被称为氧化膜。
The common oxidation of aluminum plate refers to the formation of a protective film on the surface of aluminum plate after cleaning the surface of aluminum plate through acid and alkali flow trough.

铝板阳极氧化是指：铝板在经过普通氧化后，在氧化过程中通电的一种工艺。
Anodization of aluminum plate refers to the process of electrifying the aluminum plate in the oxidation process after ordinary oxidation.
那么铝板阳极氧化与铝板硬质氧化的区别是：阳极氧化的氧化膜深度叫浅，硬质氧化的氧化膜深度叫深。

二、铝板氧化了一般是指铝板或者铝卷相连的部分出现同一样的腐蚀现象，腐蚀面积的大小和图案相同，

造成这种情况的原因：

1：在铝板或者铝卷包装时，温度过高。包装内形成蒸汽，铝板、铝卷受潮出现腐蚀现象。

2：铝板或者铝卷淋雨，使雨水倒灌到包装内。铝板、铝卷出现腐蚀现象。
