(1)使用方便。电能在传输方面的优势使得电加热的速度大大提高,有些依*电能做能源的加热方式甚至不需要经过预热过程,如红外加热的方式。这样一来可以提高铝材的生产效率和线速度,缩短固化时间,传统的燃气方式很难满足快速固化的要求,而利用红外、近红外、电感、光电手段等电加热技术,可将涂料的固化时间缩短到3-15秒,这类技术在高速的生产线中已经得到广泛的应用。
